1. What is your policy on handling confidential information?

We understand the highly confidential nature of any and all information, data and material supplied to us by our clients, and have a strict policy in place when handling such content. We enforce the practice of requiring all parties rendering services to our clients to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to accessing any sensitive information, data and material.

2. What services do you provide for plastic injection molding?

We provide product design, Moldflow simulation, mold design & manufacturing, and parts production.

3. What documents are required for a RFQ?

A mold spec, part 2D and/or part 3D are required for a RFQ. Quotes are based solely on the information provided to us by clients so the more detailed information we receive, the more precise the quote.

4. How should I submit a part format?

For part 2D, we accept DWG, DXF and PDF formats. For part 3D, we accept IGES, Parasolid and STP formats.

5.  How long it will take to receive a quotation?

Clients can expect a quote within five business days after we receives all information required for a RFQ. Urgent inquiries must be brought to our attention and will be escalated on an as needed basis.

6. How do I start a project?

After receiving a RFQ from a client, we will hold preliminary discussions with the client regarding technical questions around part design and mold specifications. We will then work to identify the ideal tooling shop based on these early conversations and come back with pricing and timing. Once the client confirms the quote, they can release the purchase order and kick off the project.

7. Do you provide project management services?

We offer comprehensive project management services from defining initial specifications to product delivery and all activities in between. Our end goal is to ensure top quality product and timely delivery of clients’ manufacturing requests.

8. Do you complete any mold design and approval before cutting the steel?

We use DFM (Design for Manufacturing) to communicate with clients after receiving a purchase order. From there, we will provide the mold 2D layouts and 3D models to clients for review, comment and approval. Once the mold layouts have been approved, we will commence purchasing materials and cutting steel.

9. How do I stay up to date during mold manufacturing?

We provide weekly progress reports to our clients during manufacturing. We also provide key component photos, material certificates and heat treatments as available.

10. How do I receive my molds/parts after they are approved?

Upon completion and approval of the molds/parts, we will deliver the final products to clients. International shipping services will be provided at clients’ cost.
